Founder
Entrepreneur Kim Allegra is a Korean American businesswoman who began her career as a makeup artist in Miami in the late 90’s. While loving the art of makeup she was also fascinated by the major life changing effects of the cannabis plant, Decades later being a seasoned cannabis cultivator / advocate she is fusing passion, innovation and expertise to launch her latest venture “Contraband beauty” ~ A purpose driven Cannabis infused makeup line.
Based in Los Angeles and serving the world, Kim helps people find a sense of calm in their busy lives while advocating for the rights of those incarcerated for cannabis offenses.
Contraband Beauty supports The Last Prisoner Project – a portion of sales proceeds is donated to this needed cause.
The Last Prisoner Project (LPP) is a national, nonpartisan non-profit organization dedicated to cannabis criminal justice reform. They aim to end America’s policy of cannabis criminalization through legal intervention, direct constituent support, advocacy campaigns and policy change.
